The Chancellor team shoots for exam success

By Chancellor

Our regular readers are used to reading about our team’s endeavours regarding Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) examinations.

Here at Chancellor HQ, there has been a flurry of activity in 2022, which is a refreshing change from the stagnant progression we saw in recent years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

4 Chancellor team members take key exams this autumn

We pride ourselves on having an experienced team who are committed to keeping up with the pace of regulatory changes, as well as providing clients with excellent customer service.

We are happy to encourage and enable employees’ growth with financial support, regular interactive training sessions, and the study time needed to pursue exam excellence.

In recent months, Janet, Sam, Emma and Rebecca have all taken, or are due to take, an examination – and we hope they achieve the results that we know they deserve. Passing these exams is no simple task; in fact, the CII recommend that between 50 and 150 hours of study are needed, depending on the exam taken.

Chancellor Financial Management is a fully Chartered organisation – so you know your finances are in experienced hands

You may have seen that certain firms label themselves as “Chartered”, and have wondered what this means.

Quite simply, “Chartered” means you are dealing with the cream of the crop.

As the CII website tells us, “Chartered status is a symbol of commitment to professional standards. Being Chartered demonstrates to consumers, employers, peers and professional networks that you are at the forefront of your profession and go beyond technical competence to put ongoing professional development, prioritising client centricity and trust at the heart of everything you do.”

When you deal with Chancellor, you can be confident that we know our stuff inside and out.

Not only are our directors, Grant Farnell and David Torkington, Chartered as individuals, but we also hold the Chartered status as a firm.

It is our hope over the coming years that those members of staff who wish to further their career through examinations can achieve this same level and become Chartered in their own right.

As we expand, we hope to offer more and more clients the opportunity to gain clarity and peace of mind when it comes to your finances.
