Our new website!

As you will see, we have finalised the last stage of our branding project with our brand-new website! We’ve received some great feedback from clients that have had some of our physical literature already which is nice to hear. We are already working on some further improvements to the information that we provide to clients and we look forward to sharing these with you in the near future

Grant Farnell had this to say about the final stage in the process. ‘When we established Chancellor in 2006 we put a holding page up as our website offering whilst we got ourselves established. Whilst we had moved on over the years, the new branding to celebrate Chancellor’s 15th birthday was really the impetus for us to look properly at our website. We went through a process that was designed to ensure that our website reflects our business and our ethos as a company, I hope you like it as much as we do.’

Part of the process when creating a new website involves working with a firm that can understand your business in a relatively short period of time.

We asked a firm called The Yardstick Agency, which specialises in financial planning marketing to take on this task, here is what they had to say, ‘Throughout the process of designing the new website, we wanted to focus on two key things: the Chancellor brand and Chancellor’s clients. Following the recent rebrand, it was important that the new Chancellor identity shone through. Subtle but impactful, the ‘C’ is instantly recognisable throughout the site, with the new brand colours given room to shine. Equally important, we wanted to ensure that the faces of the business were front and centre. With new photography and a profile page for each team member, you get a real sense of who you’re working with from the very beginning. Our other main focus was bringing some of the Chancellor clients to life. That meant incorporating a large number of testimonials throughout the site, their words and experiences a clear testament to the great service they’ve received.’

It is clear from feedback, that new clients find testimonials really useful when recognising their own needs and circumstances.
